Bayleys Havelock North Commercial Windows Project
Bayleys Havelock North is a standout commercial project positioned on a busy street corner in the centre of Havelock North.
Venta designed, manufactured and installed the Omega® 159 mm Flush Glaze Commercial Series windows and doors, finished in Dulux Matt Flax Pod, along with the installation of the Insol Louvre System.
The tall glass, slim commercial framing and deep fins create a strong architectural look, while Saint-Gobain Planitherm UN Low-E double glazing helps improve comfort, energy efficiency and condensation control inside the building.

The Omega® 159 mm commercial aluminium suite was used to create a strong, clean façade with slim commercial framing, tall glass and deep architectural fins. The result is a bold street presence that suits the scale and position of the building.
The Planitherm Low-E double glazing helps improve internal comfort, energy efficiency and condensation control, supporting a better working environment inside the office.
Delivered alongside Stead Construction, Wallace Development Company and Cube Architecture, the finished building now stands as a sharp, modern commercial space in the heart of Havelock North.
