Foster Lane Havelock North Residential Aluminium Windows Project
Foster Lane is a modern residential project set in Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay, designed to make the most of the home’s views, natural light and indoor-outdoor living.
Venta designed, manufactured and installed the Omega® Exterior Aluminium windows and doors, using Omega® 300 and 500 Architectural Series joinery finished in Dulux Low Mar Black.
The large aluminium joinery and high-performance Planitherm UN Low-E double glazing with grey tint help frame the outlook, support comfort inside the home and create a strong architectural finish that suits the modern design.

The Omega® 300 and 500 Architectural Series were selected to suit the scale of the home, providing the strength needed for larger joinery while keeping the overall look clean and modern.
The Dulux Low Mar Black finish complements the fresh architectural style of the build, adding contrast and definition to the exterior.
High-performance Planitherm UN Low-E double glazing with grey tint helps improve comfort, reduce glare and support better energy performance throughout the home.
