Project notes:
Located on a hilltop overlooking the East Coast, this award-winning residential project was designed around its setting, views and natural light.
The home required large architectural spans across three sides of the property, helping open the living spaces to the surrounding coastal outlook.
The Omega® Architectural Series was selected for its strength, clean profile and ability to support larger glazing areas while maintaining a sharp architectural finish.
The black anodised aluminium finish adds a clean, modern contrast against the coastal setting and complements the overall design of the home.
High-performance Planitherm UN Low-E double glazing helps support internal comfort and energy performance while allowing the home to take full advantage of the views.
This installation went on to win the national Window & Glass Association Award in June 2024 for design, recognising the quality of the project and the architectural glazing outcome.
