Okitu Beach Paradise Architectural Aluminium Windows Project
Okitu Beach Paradise is a coastal residential project in Gisborne, designed to take in the surrounding outlook while standing up to exposed coastal conditions.
Venta completed the design, manufacture and installation of the exterior aluminium windows and doors, using Omega® 400 Thermal Architectural Series joinery finished in 25 micron natural anodised aluminium.
With large areas of glazing and a clean architectural design, the aluminium joinery needed to do more than frame the view. The detailing was considered from the start to deliver a sharp, durable and high-performing joinery package suited to the coastal environment.
The result is a clean architectural finish that sits quietly within the home while helping support comfort, performance and long-term durability.
